Summary of this game regarding forum regulars

(Left theft scents) he parked it literally a screen away and the next day, two guys show up at donkeypunch threatening us. I call out all villagers to defend it and only Khorne came. the fight went ok initially until Khornes defence broke and despite e=me warning him not to run because of 0 defence and armor, he ran and died. I folowed still attacking and my alt I was on died.

In my defense, you got KOed first, and I ran because it was a 2v1 at that point. That was my first real PvP encounter, so I had no idea that you did 100% damage to someone when they ran. Also you were warning me as I was running....and it was too late. I still don't get why you would send an alt in a defend the town death match instead of the main. You fucked me over hard on that one. ;(

I was on the character I was on. I wasn't going to switch and put my main in danger when i had only one person at my side who had never fought before. I die a lot but that's one time I used my head and didn't lose a main. As for fucking you over, you had spent the better part of a week wanting some "action" and when you finally get it, you blame me because you died. lol Cest la vie. Was a while back and all is forgiven even for the Foxhole douches who couldn't be cool enough with their little victory but had to get Taar to completely destroy our town.

You can become so valuable and popular in an area that others will defend you if you're attacked or threatened. Whether it be cheeses, high quality logs, a decent farmer, or even a leather worker you can make friends and survive beautifully.

I'd add "helpful forum posts" to that list of valuable goods and services. If your character were ever threatened, you'd have the support of an awful lot of (formerly befuddled) players.

I tl;dr'd OP twice but responses made it seem interesting so I read it and lol

it's a PvP game, don't whine because people are better than you, just be smart not to die and join with with pro guys, you don't necessarily need to be a villager in pro town like pandemonium to be a part of them, there's alliances and shit i assume (im only 2 weeks old too lol)

one thing I've found is you won't make much progress if you hang around with newbies lol

and protip: get a brick wall, cuz the only the top villages bother to deal with those and generally that's if they have an excuse to, so just don't give them any :]

Awesome assessment for only 2 weeks... beat the pants off the OP's (and self-appointed multi-MMO elite) complete wayward take.

You may, more often than not, spew buckets of fuck on the forums, but imo, you have:
- played/enjoyed more of this game than at least 90% of players (including vets), since most farmville/sim city for-fucking-ever and actually only put some chips on the table on the absolute rare occasion
- all of the makings/potential of a really good H&H player... if you can get yourself under someone's wing who can guide (fucking control ) you and govern some of your impuslive randomness that lands your ass in hot water.

^ Prolly counts for fuckall, but there you have it anyways. Salute.

I just wanna point out that all the "regulars" who slaughter noobs in game on a whim, who verbally joust and insult all and sundry on the general forums and come across as vicious power drunk killers... can be found in 'How Do I?' answering questions, giving advice and constructive guidance with genuine dedication and respect... and a surprisingly large amount of patience.

Firm but fair is the vibe I get from the veterans, you can't ask for any more than that in such a brutal lawless game.

This games community is actually very welcoming to new players but no hands will be held, that is all.

Actually kind of ironic since half of the theft scents went straight to your (Horribly defended) town. Maybe destroyed is a bit harsh?

Not at all ironic, since we actually smashed your place, responding to a large number of scents from it. As far as our town being terribly defended....well, it sorta is. We use a different model of defense than the average bear.

Making pande seem to be the villian in a case where you are the actual villian and we are the (non-pande) people avenging the victims seems a bit....dishonest.

Pain is a little paranoid and thinks I have some personal vendetta going against him, even though I didn't know about any of his recents deaths until he personally informed me about those. I wasn't even aware he was playing anywhere close to our town, because he is not interesting to me.
