There are simple ways to save yourself. Like putting a chest with good inside boats in cellars. Using alts without hf to trade and so on. You aren't so open-minded as you pretend to be, actually

as i had told you back in w4, if you wanna play a bad girl, stay bad, stop trying to pretend to deceive others.
bell was enjoying the thrill of combat, raiding was the easiest path, and he has built up his own name by that.
now you are screwing it up by "pretending to be nice" and changing it by your loud mouth.

also, all the people out there who still think trade and war are different and shouldnt be considered together.
youd better start understanding that trading means giving power to each other.

Your leaders however you should choose more wisely in the future.

How can you choose leaders wisely without having to read thread after thread of OLD HnH drama and even then, most of the inner drama isn't posted after something bad happens.

Maybe, some of you should warn the others when these bad leaders are recruiting for their "bad lead villages" in the recruitment threads.

good or bad is highly subjective.
NNN might consider AAlex and Rav as good leaders while those allied with Pandemonium probably would not.
you have to decide on your own by talking and seeing what kind of business your villagers are up to, and what kind of business your affiliated villages are up to, in relation to your own village. it all depends on your playstyle and how you can get along, where your fun lies. that is, actually a big part of this game, i think.
sometimes a great leader can turn into a monster, sometimes a not-so-good one can grow into a great one, sometimes villagers change him/her in both ways, sometimes you learn to leave him/her alone and quit. or you just accept everything and do not influence at all to swallow up for your fun. its all up to you since you play your game.
