Depends, you can have HF where you want and Rozn still claims it was Odditowners as he had one of them in Kins. I don't know where Boshaw belongs, as he is the only one who publicly accepted he was there.

What's that town in the southeast of the map? Looks organized.

I was in the same area yesterday, but just traveling on the river. A group of people in boats were trapping and killing everyone they came across. They were speaking a language other than English.
