ya... i guess their thought process was that if we couldn't track their hearthfires while they were offline then we couldn't find there they lived...

You might get the impression cuz most other nationalities talk english in game so "russian speaking guys " are easy to identify as such...and that way recognizable...

good point, but wouldn't germany and poland/the netherlands speak their own languages respectively? >.>;

only if they are monocultural villages, and they would be recognized as such as well (i had some issues with polish ones for example)

germans and dutch tend to occure only in mixed villages, as most of then are used in english language anyway (im german aswell)

on my second day in W4 i was greeted: "Guten Tag" (german) - funny enough by a Korean who even didn't know i'm german and as he explained that those are the only german words he knows and that he likes them so much that he always uses it. :D
