What a welcome

Postby Griegor » Tue Apr 05, 2011 2:42 am

WOW, less than 45 minutes into the game and I run into a pallisade and 4 people in bear capes kill me and my buddies. This is unusual. Did H&H become a most hostile place since last world?

Wow. You haven't been active much lately, huh?

Everything, everyone and every jorb wants to kill you.

Essentially, building a 1 tile wide palisaded space with no gates is the only sure way to not die violently in world 5.

Ah come on. It isn't THAT violent.

@ OP:

Did you happen to notice any village name?

Re-spawn at the New Dragonhead charter stone, you should be relatively safe.

No thanks Ill continue out to the great wide uknown. Now I charted the map but lost it when I spawned my ancestor. Its cool. I just didnt expect it because it was never that violent last world. People didn't randomly pk new players unless it was a Russian. Oh well. Back to wandering

You still didn't answer if it was YOUR palisade. Sounds like you deserved it :P

Good luck wandering. Boost your explore and Perception early ;)
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.

Right now we are in a stage of people attacking people on sight due to the lack of experienced rangers. Why just this weekend, while tracking some murder scents I found, I was attacked randomly. He was wearing a steel helm, chain mail, and had a soldiers sword. I totally kicked the guy's ass with only a mere 55 UAC, and only after my friend and I decided to let him live did I realize that he was the person I was tracking! We then proceeded to tunnel into his cave, break all his smelters/crucibles, and steal everything of value before summon killing him. Fun times.
