Charter Stone for hermits who wish to acess your trade center.

I want to ask a n00b question: how Charter Stone could help hermits to access trade center? I have looked at wiki info and can't think of any way hermit could use charter stone to get there. Am I missing something?

Anyone can adopt a charterstone (you have to be sworn into that village first to do so but can be kicked out after adopting it) you can now have the option to teleport to Charter Stone (CS) as long u have the AGI and TW for it.

You may only adopt 1 CS at any one time btw.

P.S. if charter stone deactivated and then activated, adoptions remain for all who adopted it before deactivation?

adoption and charterstone activation are two seperate things. They do not influence each other. An inactive charterstone can still be adopted.
