Looking for rangers

I'm playing for about 3-4 days, and i'm only busy with farming. But today some guy on a boat shot me for nothing, while i was overfed inside my palisade. I don't have any criminal skills. Could someone please help?

better make an ranger army or something to fight them!!! first u must place ram on their gates and shout for them to come out
then u kill them with bows from the forest.
