Killed by gang: Tracked to vault "Last Vegas"

So I got killed earlier this evening by someone claiming to be from a village called "Empire". No warning, and 3 vs 1. The funny thing is the runestone they left by my body:



- If you are "Empire", why would you do this? You didnt just knock me out to talk to me, you killed me without any proof that I did anything. As you appear to have realised, I did nothing to you, have not left any scents you would have. I appeal to your sense of honour, if you have any. Appropriate bloodgeld will be accepted, I dont *want* to start a feud. Wise men (see Njal's saga) do not wish for violence.

- I realise they may be honourless dogs, so...

- If you're not Empire, tell me where they are.

One of the things that separates men from the beasts. But it seems like the runestone was not a real apology, just an cowardly attempt to avoid revenge attacks. I hope someone can tell me where this "Empire" village is.
