Being harrased by high level bandits

Hello. Started a game a week or so ago. The thing is, high level player named Yvonne is harassing me with his friends, probably because i refused his constant kin requests (politely). He beats me and strips me, and steals every valuable item. Now he wants to destroy my small encampment at -88,78, east from riverbank. From what i know he was hunted not long ago (3 days old character). Screen with proof:

The place is likely reeking with Theft, Battery, Assault, and Trespassing scents if even half of the things he's describing are true.

At full change it means a 75% loss of skill points, all skills, stats, claim lp, and spare lp. This translates to roughly 93% of all your lp being lost and the better 3/4ths of your stats.

I visited your camp OP, and tracked the perpetrator to a hearth vault east of you in the woods. The vault itself is open, but the perpetrator has his HF in a house inside a separate palisaded area inside the vault. Here is the vaults location on the map:
