So my buddy decided to be offline for a few days, maybe a week, and comes back to see that he has been "raided".
Well not really raided but taken over... by one guy. He broke their gates remade them for his own use, and put up a V claim.
The sad part was that he didn't bust any of my buddies' HF's and left theft scents on some of their facilities.
Conclusion:


If you plan on "taking a place over for your own use", break their HF's
