You should probably move a couple of SG's away from where u are to get away from the palli basher

Anytime you are attacked to the point where your village was infiltrated you should:
A)Reevaluate your security. Do you have palisades? GET SOME FUCKING BRICK.
B)Have brick? Are they really able to ram in? How did they do so? Fix that, whether it be considering some banners in the area, or what have you
C)Are you actively checking your perimeters? If not, do so, the 24hr waiting period won't matter if you don't check at least once every 24hours.
D)If you are inland consider a secondary brickwall further out, and patrol that one, that way you have at least an 8hr notice from the first to the second.

All should be rather common sense, but since you have palisade, probably not. Brickwall is a goddamn top priority, pretty much the first thing you should do without exception.

Did they get in? If not I suggest working faster, you should be able to get a brickwall up in less than a day.

wouldnt work, they are looking for all villages with only palisades for loot and fun.
id rather recommend to complete brickwalls if started, rather than moving away.

We also had the problem that our Lawspeaker was the only one who was allowed to manage the metal.
