What happened to Ecclesia

I was exploring, and I noticed this village with the gates wide open. It seems mostly abandoned, the walls are dying and it looks as though the people already have. Anyone know what happened to them, or are they still around?

Actually he got raided quite awhile ago
He was leaving scents all over the place so he got what was coming to him.

i am from ecclesia
we were raided by the russian griefers
we helped the little farmers who were raided by those griefers..so we killed one of them.. on the next day one of them killed one of our farmers and try to bash the pali..we attacked him and he run away..then he go out of his boat and another player with dragon helm come to help him...so i died and my friends run away but they were summoed in the night.. only our lawspeaker dont died because he didnt took part of the raid so he didnt leave scents..thats the story of ecclesia.. later the griefers raided our village and stole everything and destroyed our pali
