This was a serious question. I am not following all chats and discussions anymore etc. I really want to know which agreements Pande broke, because I wasn't aware they broke any agreement.

I don't consider myself part of this anymore btw. Haven't logged in the game in 2 months and I think I have never talked to 90% of the people living in Pande now in my life. Still I am curious.
