Murder in the Midlands!

Postby krassofnod » Thu Sep 08, 2011 1:31 pm

So as a peaceful explorer and ranger in training I was taking a friend for a jaunt (his first mind time you) into the wilderness to teach him about the finer points of survival in the harsh lands.
While we were away a foul murderer attacked and killed members of our peaceful village. A friend cried out an alarm that someone was attacking from beyond our walls. Although we rushed back as fast as we could we could do nothing as the murderer slaughtered not only my friend but my other family members who had recently moved into the area. We were powerless to stop him.

Now I do have a decent defense set up (proper palisade, with just the right amount of claim to cover it) but some of my neighbors and family are new arrivals to this area and barely have barely had but a day or two to begin setting up places.

The only thing we know for sure is that he was Russian and dressed in purple. He not only killed members of my family but also attacked a peaceful hermit who we had dubbed "Sleepy" as we have never seen him out of his bed.

The killer left a rune stone in front of my families door with a message in what appears to be Russian. The only thing we know for sure is that he was dressed in purple, carrying iron/steel equipment and sword.

We are a group of simple means and barely have gotten our feet off the ground with our settlement. We are not thieves nor are we raiders or murderers we prefer the honest work of the farm and of exploring to that of the darker means. Help us to avenge our fallen if you will find it in your heart.

Our coordinates are 60,-28 just north of Peculiar Pumpkin.

All jokes aside, I don't approve of this sort of behavior. If I find a chance, my Deputy and I will come take a look. You have my word.

Oh, and Vaults don't really concern me. I've knocked over more than a few in my day.

C'mon sheep. How many times does a guy have to kill you for you to learn the lesson? Killing random noobs is not cool anymore. Your actually quite lame. Do you guys have anymore jewelry for me to steal?

Facepalm. He doesn't even say this was him, but what to expect from a person making this kind of thread.

Krassofnod and alexpimm are the same person btw.

lol speaking of 'lame', I really can't understand why you are so proud of the fact that you managed to join our village then use the power of abusing trust to kill me while I was offline, gz u an hero

I realize it's your first kill and all but please stop imply you killed me in any legit fashion. We were very unaware and open to the danger of traitor from inside because we never really had any proper recruitment but learned that lesson the hard way I suppose... and now since that was your only real capability, there's not really a lot you can do

We have quickly repaired and are very much back on track and I'll admit your raid did annoy me, but not really because I lost anything or because of you, just my own stupidity as it was such an obvious threat and you couldn't have been any more dodgy yet we invited you and gave you access the absolutely everthing lol. before that I prided myself on never having died and being very careful :(

Gz on ur loot tho

& RIP ppl who died lol, the reason behind it was theft scents, I arrived at your noob place after a small 2 hour journey of tracking ! what an annoying journey ;-;
