Underworld & Bear Federation (and it's neighbors)

Hey everyone. I stumbled on a village called "Underworld" and the "Bear Federation" (I believe that was it's name). It's not far from me and my friend's community, and was wondering if anyone knew of this town as well.

As well, curious about the neighbors near us as well, so asking if anyone else lives near Underworld and also south of the "Bear Federation" village as well. Plus, wondering if anyone has news on the two villages and how they are like.

Just me wanted to get friendly with the numerous sleeping folks near me. ^_^

They are not, but I am still assuming this was one of their recruitment camps or something similar.

Pandemonium (aka Panda I believe), are they generally friendly to loose communities and individual claims.

And is Bearlake a Russian organization? I've heard that the Russian are a tad... ruthless toward new people and such. :\

Bearlake isn't Russian, but was an ally of Pande.

Pande itself is generally friendly towards strangers as long as they don't get in the ways of our plans (but usually we inform people that might be harmed by let's say expansion for example beforehand). I cannot guarantee the same for the people of Ainran who have been hired as mercernaries for Pandemonium and often reside in Pandemonium. They have kinda loose ethics

seems they won't mess with you if you don't mess with them.

This seems to be you. As I have stated Ainran have different ethics than us. We employed them to help us out in our war vs NNN. Questionable choice? Maybe, but they are doing their job fine and we never pretended to be white knights. People just make that of us sometimes. We do however not attack people for no reason whatsoever. Again: Ainran is not Pande. They do that.
