Yeah... after Valten lost they didn't want to kill
him because he didn't move at all and his stats
were so much lower than his opponent's stats,

All I have to say about this thrilling fight and story is that losing will always give you more experience on your fighting style and reaction to swift moves (despite you losing all your decent gear). As the old saying goes, 'if you know about the enemy beforehand, then you've already won half the battle'. Knowing more about your opponent's fighting style will make the battle more worthwhile. Don't take the defeat as a total loss. Assuming that you have observed anything unique from Valten's Tactics.
