Selling settlement

Hi there

I own a little settlement down in the north-eastern supergrids. Since everyone else I played with, quit playing I'm leaving. I think it's a shame to leave the place to be raided or destroyed.

My village is located on q30-35 soil and there is a big lake with plenty of sand closeby. Also there are some copper and tin veins closeby. All the crops on the farm are above q30 except for the tea and hop plants. Ill leave almost anything behind, including plenty of rustroot for finding for finding other veins(I'll show you the ones I found). There is also a big stock of boar meat and other food, which I will all leave behind.

I've attached some screen pics where you can see how everything looks.

This is a settlement for non advanced players, so I don't expect really much in return, one or two flotsams would be nice or some other good curios.
