Sick of trade threads requiring village idol

Destroy your hf and left some summonable scents at your place (theft, battery or murder), your bro take it.
Then get invited to the trader village, do the trade. Then disconnect, ask your bro to summon you with criminal acts on, connect back in and you are at home

Though this way is quite unsafe if you don't have a brickwall, or anything to protect your scents from being picked up by any ranger :s

This. Some of my customers have done this in the past, works well as long as you are willing to take the risk of summonable scents. Or try to jump with your HF in place, sometimes works, depends on distance and agi.

the best solution to this would be you making your own trade thread and post your location (just vague one and talk in pm).
a nearby trader may be interested. you could village teleport to them without breaking your hearthfire if you have high enough agi and hearth home. or you could just travel by boat or on foot, to do the trade.
