You have much better luck trading locally or taming the ox yourself.

Gonna make a little suggestion here: Be wary of doing this trade Gilbert.
You will need to tell someone where you live before you even do the trade to determine if it's worth the travel. Now if you happen to have Aurochsen at your place, and are willing to idol warp me over I could probably tame some Aurochsen for you if you really need it that badly. However since you can't kill a fox I assume you don't have a village idol though.

Same deal... nobody is going to carry around one ox through supergrids just to sell it to you, and I don't think you (or anyone) finds traveling for hours on a raft fun.
Most trades are done through teleportation to idol which can't be done with cattle, so as I said you have much better luck trading locally or taming it yourself.

I'm just saying, it's gonna be hard to find someone who is willing to travel the world just to sell one aurochs. Especially since he's probably on an island, and making a raft every time you come across a river is going to be a huge pain in the ass. Either that, or as I said, traveling purely through raft... which is mind numbingly boring.

I was thinking more like just porting in with the non-wood wagon materials and slapping down a signpost. OP can gather wood.

For the cow yeah it would be a bit tough. I'd rather hunt for one to tame near his house than travel across the world in a wagon. I'd get bored.

I've delivered a cow across the world before but it wasn't without company and it wasn't a q10 cow.
