He wants to buy Q10-25 rust root, but he is also interested in high Q rust root over Q45. I don't see the problem

Might be easier to say "looking for very high or very low q" I take it he wants the low q so that he'll have a smaller search area for more detailed scanning? An alt with no survival and high exploration may be an easier solution.
