Certainly not 300, that'll take much longer.
If i'm not mistakes, no one started breeding cows for bone q until mid W3. It will take a while to get there, but its very plausable if yor can get high enough crops.

Minimum time for new cow to be born and grow up is 14 days. (Assuming they get fucked right away)
Raise is -5~+20 I believe.
Let's say you get +15 all the way (Very lucky)
10->300 = 20 generations = 280 Days = 9 months
Maximum of 20 (or is it 25?) 7 Months (or 5.6 Months) if you get a perfect streak of perfect cows, perfectly.
