Before hearing Voedoo is Seraphimos/etc/etc, we use a small outpost to for trade items and had traded something superficial with voedoo. Less than 2 days later, our outpost was hit by raiders. We lost a few 7 day combat alts and some replaceable damage to the outpost. It was fortunate that we used an outpost instead that our main village is still not attacked, not that it would do them much good.

Moral of the Story: use outpost to trade with people without strong credentials on forum, not your main village.

I can also confirm that they do use scented items to track targets to raid. My village had inadvertently traded with these people, and a few days later, we were raided by Bell & Co.

Here is your proof from a character that definitely is a main and never had any associations with Pande, neither does Vigilance (if you read some of my posts you will see I don't even like him much), neither do have those other two (you really should read their older posts to see they don't have any affiliations with us).
