in all seriousness, the area around it is pretty trashy. There was some pathetic attempt at blocking the idol off from the east, so you've got an idol over there to deal with. I think South theres some hq soil (i remember Ravian talking to me about it) and blabla. Other resources are probably taken by other villages. The q10-wood-price is fitting.
