I spent time in that village because I liked it, and I had my fun while building it.
Now it's time to move on, so why not sell it to someone who wants to save some of his own time?

The definition of a term "garbage" is very subjective, depending on a property a person owns, isn't it?

For big villages like Sodom, for example, my little claim can be considered garbage.
But for a lone hermit, trying to make his living off q10 soil this is a very good opportunity to easily get into high-quality game.

As for reset - yeah, nobody knows, but why wasting time on building from scratch if you can get a nice infrastructure quickly and totally enjoy the game before the Armageddon?

umm.
the term "garbage" i meant is like a coconut shell after youve eaten all inside.
ppl who dont mind low quality nodes have fun building up. the fun is already gone, and your potential buyers are not even attached to that place unlike yourselves.

on the other hand, ppl who want shortcut and not enjoy building up, want high q nodes, or at least, mid q.
(q40 soil is very common, and it is rather hard to find q10 soil lately, in case you havent noticed after 1 year of playing.)

maybe a few new players who doesnt understand this game may find it somewhat good, but why waste money on something you first enjoy the most as a new player? $50 for a temp shelter to avoid thieves sounds outrageous for a free game.
also, heath makes it harder to grow trees, its not even brick-walled and not very safe looking either.....
