I wish people cashed prices of everything by botting, I could get a week worth of food and crafted curios for an hour worth of foraging.

When I was a kid I used to play Diablo II, where botting/duping made the whole economy completely stupid. I hope the same doesn't happen to this game...

Honest truth? I've yet to meet anyone who *likes* making silk. It's a high end resource that big towns charge big bucks to buy from them cause it's a pain in the ass and usually they can't get people stupid enough to do it themselves. If he's going to bot 50 mansions worth of silk, and sell it cheap, why are we complaining? We could go find 3-4 eidels in an hour and get what would otherwise be 4-8 hours worth of work silk making. And silk makes for good symbel items.

Personal opinion? He'd almost be doing people a service. Although I agree some towns would lose silk income, the fact that those people would never have to silk again would be a good thing xD.

economy was quite fine, except that gold was worth [almost] nothing. even now trading is still going on the d2jsp for example. though i haven't been playing d2 for quite some time ;p

if someone is working hard without botting then he wants decent profit out of it. if there is flood of silk made by botters then anyone wanting to make a decent profit must bot too. and that is just sad.

I am not botting, just because it large scale DOESN'T mean it requires botting and I do realize what I am doing. I do not want to crash the silk economy but just have a big chunk of it. Second I still have to hollow out two layers in a mine 103x103 and double wall it. I'm planning not to sell the silk at a low price otherwise I wouldn't be able to pay the people working for me. I am going to keep it at a set price and only let so much out at one time. And for the quality standards I will still be looking for 130q+ tables, I don't want low end stuff or then I have to buy them and eventually get rid of them basically wasting the point of buying them. I only plan to start buying in two weeks anyways so that is why I didn't put this under Apples for Oranges but under the Inn so please move it back because I'm not buying and I am checking who might be able to fill this order in the future.
