You can make a q100 dhelm from q80ish steel.

Assuming you have Q 80ish bronze aswell as steel you would need a Q 140 anvil and hammer to make a Q 100 dragon helm with Q 80 metal..... i made a few Q 101's with Q 96 steel that was Q 115 anvil and hammer that thing is junk at this stage anyway.

Formula is 30% steel, 30% bronze, 40% tools. I'm 95% sure on that one.

q80 metal and q140 tools would make q104 helm

Just buy a bar of bronze from whoever has good ore.
