Very good game. Recommend, best luck to buyers! This is a very good deal imo.

Not really sure about that. if you got the pearls by gathering mussels yourself then getting a 25$ game for 5 pearls is not a very good hourly rate. Maybe ok if you don't have much spending money but hardly a "very good deal" If you got the pearls raiding it's another story of course. :)

Anyway, thanks to this thread I started playing Warband again and am currently checking out Brytenwalda. So my verdict is A+++ thread, would read again :D

25€ = 33,56$

Also depends on how lucky you are with pearls, I've seen people gather 5 or more per day.

Ouch, misread the currency symbol. That makes it a little bit better. Still, if 1 pearl is worth 5€ then you'd want to find at least 2 per hour for it to be better than flipping burgers.

True, but not everyone is of the age to work here :D And like you said, some people get pearls the easier way :)

Your buying a game with an in game object >.> I think every good player has a few pearls on hand. Regardless, if you put in some effort you can find 6 easy. You lose nothing.
