What's the price and what does it have as far as resources go?
Decent CR network?
Banners?

15000 blocks or equivalent. Food works to.
Whole place is banners
The VIdol to the east can't be activated since they banners so close to it so no problem there
One CR inside, one CR outside
q60s soil 20 tiles south of south wall
2 swamps nearby
1 mountain to the NW
2 Inns
few timbers

Or maybe we could set up a deal where i brickwall off one plot, build you an CR inside, add the already standing signs out there to it and give you a sign for the one inside the brickwall and you can just rent that single plot out and have access to the area if you're just into the curio hunting aspect of the surrounding area. Obviously that would be cheaper and we could discuss how to do it if you wish and want to be more secure about it. to the South you have Tricities (French, spanish?) decently established and to the SE you have some Eastern European base that supposedly lets raiders in it(this towards beginning of world tho so it may be different now) and they are pretty nicely established too, doing brickwalls now it seems.

the river network isn't really safe from what I remember.
The mountain NW has a village on it.
Other than this, the area is decent.

Pretty interesting, after my load slows down I'll probably start gathering stuff to try and buy it, maybe, not sure yet cause it depends on how things go really.

Tricities are apparently 'in war'

or at least two of the 3 south of ember are. Not a fun area, when I was there at least. ;)

Oh man I should buy this place, I'm really wondering how they built Inns since they aren't in game.
