2 blueberries (<q25) or 1 blueberrie (>Q25) for 1 ant soldier
3 ant soldiers for 1 leather or 20 soldiers for 5 leather
20 ant soldiers for 1 hardened leather

I would be up for trading if I had any idea of knowing where you are. I can offer base q10 leather as well as better on request, and I'd probably be able to trade at least 10 leather.

I suggest you actually offer something of value, as villages producing HL at this point have absolutely no trouble bringing in a great deal of soldier ants themselves. I suggest you offer something like: blueberries, perch, fox meat, ant empresses, flotsam, pearls, high Q resources (people usually take q60+ clay, q80+ water, and/or q80+ soil)

Not only are soldiers extremely common, but I recently gave out 40+ of them to my villagers from just a couple hours of work. Come back when you're offering something of value.
