Is q45 soil even worth my trouble to post here?

Nope. Look for 70+.

To post? Not really. To include with a list of other things that you can sell like high Q bricks or metal (assuming you had such things), eh it would be worth chucking on the list. Q40 soil is common enough if you look for it though.
