ehm Im Looking for gauze 2 of those.

If you want to trade something, people have to at least know what supergrid you're in. I know I sure as hell aren't going to traipse across half of the map to trade two pieces of gauze.

Look for landmarks, like a heath or mountain of a certain shape, or a lake / bend in the river. Then identify that place on the world map.

Also, since you do seem like quite a new player, Here is the link to the World 5 map. Mountains are the best landmarks, but if you've got a distinctive river formation, or a big city nearby those help too.
