i want to know the values of these trade like how many silk for how many of the item

silk thread -> bronze bar
silk thread -> cast iron bar
silk thread -> iron bar
silk thread -> common metal nuggets


if you know a reasonable trade for them please post a answer even if its just to one of them i want to know because i have people to trade but if i don't make a reasonable offer they will throw in a offer that i know is not right....
