Silk eggs

Postby Fulcrum » Sun Apr 10, 2011 10:06 pm

I have a number of silkworm eggs in my possession.
However using my table and giving them leaves would lower the quality of the resulting worm. Some of the eggs are q15.

So my question is:

Is it worth my hatching the eggs and getting a collection of q10 worms which could in turn go to make q4-8 silk threads, or would it be better to trade the eggs, being more desirable as a grower with correct materials and a quality cauldron could put the eggs to better use making much better silk.

In short

Should I grow them and sell ~q6 silk or sell the eggs as they are?

Thanks

anyone that wants to work the eggs themselves will have much... much higher q then 15, meanwhile some stuff like merchant robe is not dependent on q.

Thanks for your swift reply. Ill look into making silk items which are independent of quality.

Have a nice day

Actually, maybe not at first, but definetly q is the matter for higher INT boost i believe. And we all know INT is important in begining/later stages.

You're going to need to run through several generations to get enough silk for anything. Five cocoons at full nature only makes a single thread after all.
