Hammers should be less than 2x your Iron, not more than. Anvils especially, since you don't need any skills to build one of a high q, just the metal.

You really think someone buys a bar of wallgrade steel for 8 flotsam? Or do you think a bar of lowq 28 copper will be paid with 2 flotsam?

Floatsams should buy multiple bars of metal, even steel. Metal is not rare, everyone has it. It's the qualities that matter, and yours are very low.
