Buying Stone Axe or Pickaxe, quality negotaible

Postby mcsproot » Mon May 16, 2011 5:00 pm

As it says.

I dug a mine hole but can't mine it. Half the problem will be getting a tool better than q10.

I was going for the chantrelles trade, but he closed it. So right now I have a cupboard full of quality 20 ish blueberries and chantrelles. I'm full industry right now, so I can't farm, but I could go the other way for now.

We could also arrange a deal that you get some of the copper ore from the mine.

PM please to arrange something.

EDIT: I finally found where I am on the world map. I am slightly south east of the middle.

viewtopic.php?f=26&t=19098 - Selling q72 picks and q74 axes
viewtopic.php?f=26&t=18103 - Selling q40 picks and q60 axes
viewtopic.php?f=26&t=18492 - Selling q60 picks, which is right in the thread title, and q62 axes

This is the shit I was talking about in my other thread. Twice this guy has posted about buying tools that many shops are already selling.

Typically speaking beginning players use flotsam as currency for trading. You give up LP for your tool, but flotsam are and will always be valued by established towns. Since they run so quickly you can almost literally never have enough of em.

And unless you've a tradable neighbour, you'll need a village idol to trade via forums most likely.

Except that all of those are way out of my range for what I can give in return.

Pickaxes true, but the stone axes are easily affordable from most threads. And it takes just a little bit of time to find a flotsam or two (which will easily get you a decent Q pickaxe).

Flotsam = Noob currency of choice. Also, in my thread alone you've got enough for a high Q stone axe in blueberries lol.

Not in blueberries. I have only 17 of those, the rest of that cupboard is chantrelles.
