Right now I am moving to another place, and I wish to sell this village to any person who makes the best offer.
The village is placed on a beautiful pink meadow with a good soil spot q40+.
Village claim also covers good clay spot q38 in the nearby river.

There is an Iron Mine on a village territory, not connected to any other underground spaces, going two levels deep.
First level of mine has q10-q13 Iron ore, second level of the mine is not yet completed, but is placed on an Iron deposit, found by me personally, so expect q20+ Iron below.

- a pregnant cow
