Specifically i have 6 flotsams left, steel Q30+, Wrought Q30+, copper 30+, 3 bars of tin (27 i think), and other curos.

Flotsam will probably get you your last three items on the list. Maybe a cutthroat cuirass and soldier's gauntlets. The rest you'll have to offer better for unfortunately. Hunting fish nodes for high quality river pearl mussels is one way you might be able to get it.

How many flotsam for a Q100 bow?

I have zero intention of raising my MM any higher than 150. which is why i asked for Q75 bow and Q50 Ranger bow specifically. so if you can offer either of those items at the exact Q then i would trade you...5-8 flotsams per? 5 for the bow, 8 for the ranger.

Ranger bows at q50 are garbage IMO.

It has been mentioned to me that i shouldnt stop at a Q75 bow JUST because it capps my MM. My question is how of a time span is added if i were to use a Q100 bow with only 150 MM? are we still talking like 15 seconds per shot tops or minuets...?

From what i can tell, using a higher bow does not impede aiming time, only using lower quality bow will. Do note that you also need equal quality in arrows to be able to aim in the same amount of time.

Eg, with MM 150, Bow q75 and arrow q75. Quote from Wiki:-

"Aiming speed is affected by the base aiming speed and the lowest of 1) a player's marksmanship skill, 2) the EML of the bow used, 3) the EML of the ammunition used. So, a person with 30 marksmanship skill, a quality 13 bow (IEMM 2.0, EML 26), and a quality 7 bone arrow (IEMM 2.0, EML 14) will aim as if their marksmanship skill were 14. IEMM and EML have no effect on weapon damage."

I think if i use a Q100 bow and Q75 arrows i should be ok

if you want to use all 150 MM you need at least Q75 everything (but a ranger bow can be Q50)

You will of course still shoot faster with a higher quality bow and equal mms...everything else would be silly. Also it is equally silly to say: I never want to raise my mms past 150, especially regarding how fucking easy it is to ship in million after million of LPs. Especially since you seem to be aiming for a fighters outfit you should never stop investing.
