Prices are based on quantity of material used so. The crafting service is FOC. You can craft it yourself with the materials if you wish. Same applies to crafting of armor, weapons, etc.

Anvil q45+ = 5 bars (75 points)
Pickaxe q45+ = 4 bars + branch (free branch in this case) (60 points)
Shovel (quality doesn't matter in this case) = 1 bar + 3 blocks of wood(FOC) (15 points)
Hammer q45+ = 2 bars (30 points)
