You should be able to get alot better q with boletes, queens and especially flotsams.

Aim for a much higher q bear cape, you can make a q sixty with like 50 surv and a q 10 axe.
I actually think you would have to try to make as low as a q 40.
Try to get at least a q100, they are still fairly easy to make at that q

I just did the math with 1 survival and a q3 axe... still got a q51 pelt xD

q38 is the absolute minimum for bear capes, and you are asking for one 2 points higher. Ask for a q100 cape.

Simply name your quantity. I changed my span to the maximum of 60ql Bear cape as a price stake. You can offer better than ql60, but only for a price stake of ql60. :F
