Second-hand hammers for sale

I have 3 old hammers:

q65 - 1 flotsam
q81 - 2 flotsam SOLD
q91 - 1 pearl

I have q65 and q81 (edit: 81 gone) anvils for sale as well, but I dont want to sell them unless someone gives me a formula I can use to prove to the buyer that they are the q I'm saying - don't want to be unjustly accused of cheating someone.

For proof just make a bronze steed w/ and anvil they know the q of (perhaps one they bring w/ them or one they can make on the spot w/ some junk metal)

Formula is
steed q = (metal q *2 + anvil q + hammer q)/4

What softcaps steed q? Since that formula never works for me, on any of my anvils. (3*metalQ+anvilQ+hammerQ)/5 is a lot closer for me.

str and smithing work as modifiers as well.
