And to make clear, deals are more of a first come first serve basis. The process becomes smoother and quicker if you provide an actual offer for specific barrels as there may be standing pms about particular barrels that you may be interested in.
Another note, prices tend to be cheaper if pearl(s), cavebulbs, or good q resources are included in offers.
