Seems to be an issue with a service running at port 1871 on the server. Port 80 and 443 still respond but during authentication with Ender's client it receives an error connecting and the only packets being sent out at the time is 1 on port 1871 where it gets a connection accepted but reset. Which points to the destination saying nothing is listening on that port. I checked with telnet and was unable to access anything on 1871. Once I can get Ender's client back up I will check and see what we have running on our glorious port 1871.

Ok. Thanks for the explanation. And what is a port? Is that like the server or something? Also, how long do you think it will be until ender is back up and running?

To explain a port it'd be easier and probably more appropriate for you to do some googling. As far as when it will be up who knows. I'm currently trying to bypass the authentication using the cookie the stock browser loads with. If I get around it before J or L reset what I think is a separate authentication service.

And Fixed. It's not very elegant but I'm playing with Ender's client atm.

When you run your java command to start Haven you need to first connect by hitting the Play button from this web-site. It will downlaod a .jnlp file. Open that in a text editor. On lines 35 and 36 of that file you will see two lines like:

<property name="haven.authuser" value="yourusername" />
<property name="haven.authck" value="AWHOLEBUNCHOFSHIT" />

What you need to do is add those values to your java command like so:

java -Xms384m -Xmx384m -Dhaven.authuser=yourusername -Dhaven.authck=AWHOLEBUNCHOFSHIT -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res

Lastly you have to do this fast. The token expires after sometime. Like I said it's not pretty but it sure beats playing with the standard client.

You're Welcome Hearthlings

me attempting to do something like that would probs end up with my house catching fire, so is there any sort of estimate on when it will go back to normal? ;)

Sadly not Ninja. If you can't do what is in my post you'll need to just wait in normal HnH fashion.

Thanks Rilaf for your help in this matter. But can you give me the name of the file I am looking for?

When you click play on the web-site the file downloaded is called autohaven.jnlp.

You can open it up in any simple text editor although you will most likely need to open up Notepad for example first because double clicking autohaven.jnlp will most likely start the standard client which is not what you want.
