Very nice work indeed! Please continue to work on this, it looks great, even if it never goes "mainline".
One small crit.: the ragdolls wearing the various capes could need some bits of cape showing between their legs, if this is possible due to the layering of the different clothing items.

Thanks for this, I'm currently using this with a few changes. (made a Bronze helm to fit the new model and the background I've been using before adding this) Also the merchant's robes were split in two files for some reason but only half showed in game. I merged both halves together. The only real problem now is the most people in my kin list look silly since they have special hair, beards and/or Dragon Helms and those aren't done yet I guess.
