Good flowchart though, explains almost all the problems, the incorrect java path being the biggest one.

You mean the gluegen thing? Because I didn't explain the one where you have to write down the full path to java...
I just picked the problems I seemed to walk people through most often atm. If the fashionable problems change, I can change/expand the flowchart.

When I try to run Gilbertus(with moltke.seatribe.se as adress) my screen goes black after trying to login and the application seems to be frozen. Add that to the flowchart if you know a solution, maybe?

When the screen goes black, and you alt+tab to the console thing (the window with the text), does it give an error?

When it says to direct to the game folder, does it mean autohaven.jar or another file I can't find? I checked AppData and a few others.
