Comparing/tracking Res file changes (as files) is not a problem (of course). But a more detailed compare that spits out what has changed in the Res file itself, doable off course, but you need specs of the possible Res file structures/data-parts. (well, at least the parts you like to compare. And I don't have that much information about the Res files.)

I'll give it some thought. (If ... basic (win) tool though, As I'm no Trav or Ender.)
