And you wonder why people hate your kind of fucking russian faggots.

iflamberg wrote:It's actually developers fault. First they've made game with need so MUCH grinding. Not clever grinding, like battling AI in Dofus, nope. Just click here, click there, repeat. Then they release client sources. With sources I actually can make much-much more clever bots than thoose made with simple macroses.

To be fair - and to address something which was missed in the whole "speak English!" conversation - jorb and loftar are aware of the short-falls of the existing LP system and are working on ways to improve it. They've stated as such several times over the last couple of years.

jorb wrote:I stumbled across a few worker drones, and got angry, so I deleted a few objects. Made the drones wander aimlessly. If this shit gets in my face I might decide to stop it. I do not support macroing. These players were not punished in any other way. They have kept their ill gotten gains, but their crime tools, some mulberry trees the drones were eating from, and some looms they were gaining LP from constructing, should be considered forfeit. If the drones had been stupid enough to drown, I would not have done anything to revive them. Gameplay needs to be fixed, or otherwise macroing will be happening. I'm not going to hunt for it, but I do not have to like it.

I grind my bricks and potatoes by hand, I believe that was how the game was meant to be played. And if you macro, you do so at your own risk. I'm not out there looking for it, but I do play the game, you know.

... and from loftar:

I did once, when I removed LP gathered from collecting branches and the like, because it was breaking the game a little bit too much. As I mentioned above, though, we try to view macroing as an indication that the game has to change rather than the players.

So if anyone has ideas on how to prevent macro-ing by designing a less grindy game (rather than punishing macroers), they're all ears.

You can macro/bot with any client.
Even without any client.

This is the English Forums, Correct...

The Russians have their own forums, I don't see any of us (English only Speakers) going there and posting a huge wall in English or just any language that no one can really read unless they actually speak it themselves...

Its just plan and simple.
If the Sites in English, and there is no choice in Language, then its an English Forum.
If the Sites in Russian, then its a Russian Forum.
If the Sites in Japanese, then its a Japanese Forum.

Respect the cultures if you yourself wish to be respected...

This is just rude in itself, and I wonder why the Mods haven't Locked and Removed this if its no use to the Non Russian Forum Goers.

Really, I wonder what their forums would do if we started spamming them in English...

Alright, now back to ontopic stuff: does anyone have anything useful for this? I'm not necessarily thinking of LP bots here, but a farmer or baker script, seed sorter, autowalker,...

Something that makes inventory-shuffle clickfests easier, and the game more fun?
