Do everyone a favor and take this shit off the forums and get rid of the download links.
Seriously.
I can hardly even play anymore because so many people constantly use bots and it just makes the game laggy.
I can't believe moderators even let people post this shit.

The lag is not caused by bots, the lag is caused by an I/O delay in the XFS filesystem that loftar is using. Don't post ignorant bullshit like this.

It still takes the fun out of them game, not just for the botters but also people who actually play. No one will ever spend as much time on a game as much as a person uses botting. You mind as well call it cheating.

But not "posting ignorant bullshit like that" would take all the fun out of being a reactionary moron.

It will not take long before everyone is botting
Not the botters fault, but rather because of the abandon of the game

Well, atleast salem most likely wont permit botting and it is almost out

They're hoping for this Summer, which means it could quite reasonably end up being later in the year :(

And I bet loftar will have to patch a lot of bugs once it's released, so that might take up his time before he can work on H&H again. :(

Fortunately, he is going to be re-using a lot of Salem's code for H&H.

Are you serious? Every single thing a person does affects the I/O of the HDD, from loading areas (going inside a house) opening cupboards , herbal tables, inventories ect ect. Every single time 1 client requests a new object there is a I/O request sent. 10 bots running loops , opening doors, cupboards , moving around unrendered areas causes I/O interaction with the HDD hence putting more stress on the HDD and using more resources. Java is notorious for having issues like this including massive piles of objects (logs, signs) laying around eating up RAM.

Don't post ignorant bullshit defending your bots.
