Corrupt belt? Does it crash for all characters or just the one?

From what's been posted, it doesn't look like the client is crashing, just hanging.

I had such a problem some time ago...
Just delete the file "belts_*.conf" and maybe "haven.conf".
It seems, that the last character you played had some skills on the skillbars, which you current hero doesn't has.
so deleting this file clears all bars.

Just looks like its lagging really badly =s. My game looks like that for about 5 seconds upon start up sometimes, yours just seems to be getting stuck there, dunno what to do about it.

Minor, Disappearing "Study sheet" in "Character sheet".

When the "Character sheet" is open (don't matter which tab).
Using the special "study" menu-icon (from toolbar in case it matters) to set its state from enable to disabled,
- clears the "study sheet" graphic in the "Character sheet". (lasts until "Character sheet" is closed and re-opened.)

(Ender Client v38(11.07.11), WinXp)

Thanks. Fixed.

New version available through updater and update archive at mediaFire. Changes:
  • fixed possible crash with belts
  • fixed minor glitch with study
  • chat log now displays only last 150 messages - done to prevent lags caused by large chat log
  • added ability to point object to others - use ALT-CLICK on object and it will be highlighted for 5 seconds for all people who use current client version and are in current chat channel. Everyone who uses another client, or older version will see special message in chat looking like @$[1234567]

I wanted to say thanks for making this great contribution to H&H. I'm sure a LOT of people are enjoying it, and a lot more will in the future.

I also wanted to say,

This is an excellent feature, but could you also implement it to tiles, and not just objects? Making it work like CTRL+L (highlight a plot of land) would be great too.

Thanks again for the terrific custom client.
