make run.bat in folder looking like this:

Code: Select all
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se

It seems you only have Java 32 Bit - as it is in Program Files (x86) which is the 32 Bit Program Folder at 64 Bit windows
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
64 Bit Java Runtime Environtment 1.6.0.26 for DL here:

http://www.filehorse.com/download-java-runtime-64/

and yes you can have installed both at same time...

The top portion you quoted did it. Thank you for your patience and time. Is there any noticeable benefit to using the 64 bit version?

Hey ender. I know im not the only one with a big LCD, so I was wondering. Is there a way to increase the UI Scale? The zooming function is fine for the graphics and all, but for those of us who fullscreen or maximize the game, its a pretty small text to read. Can we find a way to have a different UI scale to increase font/Button size to make things easier to read on larger LCDs? That would be awesome since there is so much wasted space that a larger UI could fit into

Hmm... the download link won't work for me. Every single time I click on it, I get sent to this.

Is just me?

Is there any way to make the auto maps ender's produces permanent so when I log in, everything that has been mapped doesn't disappear? As it stands now, whenever I go into a cave or building, the mini map resets and starts auto mapping again but that's useless long term......

It's just how the game is built. You redownload the minimaps every time you play. Which is a stupid waste of the server's bandwidth, but w/e.

Map changes so you need to update your maps. But I agree that instead of downloading whole data, client should only "update" data and have map data stored in a format that can be easily updated.

i believe loftar once mentioned that map data are treated the way it is now on purpose, for a reason.
