I am new to the game, and loving it, and am using enders client ( 32bit.zip from http://www.mediafire.com/hnh_ender )

all has been well over the last week - until today when i had a couple of crashes, now when i try to log into my character (or an alt character) i can select log to hearthfire, and everything starts to load, but the screen (and game) freezes - i am at the correct start point, but with the 'last logged in/hearthfire' choice menu overlaid on the screen, and everything frozen

i have tried deleting the ender files (including the .haven in program files), deleted temp files thro java control panel, reinstalled the client (from the original zip), all to no avail (although i notice it remembers my last log in before removal/replace - is there something else i am missing that needs deleting?)

everything works fine thro the original H&H interface, but not enders - anyone have any ideas where extra files may be located, or what i might be able to do to get my ender back (it is great)

UPDATE - after re-reinstalling both the original unadorned client, and ender client, and a reboot - all back to working order - not sure which bit did it for me - thanks for the awesome client ender

Client crash. 'Collapsed Toolbar artifact'
While:
- Trying to catch a rabbit. (or opening a cabinet)
- Right below a collapsed toolbar. (seems a few right- and/or left-mouse clicks here will trigger the crash.)
-- Collapsed toolbars (seem to) have a hidden/invisible active area under them.
--- Hovering with mouse below them will show (for example) a tooltip with first availeble action in that toolbar.

hiya Ender. feedback on updater here.
a friend of mine is having a trouble with the updater 64bit version. (and it seems like some others too?)
the client itself works fine, but when using a 64bit version with 64bit pc, the updater does not seem to be functioning and needs updating manually. he also says the updater worked fine with 32bit no problem, and he made sure that the set-up is just the same as he used on 32bit, but the updater doesnt work with the 64bit version. got any tips? (no proxy used.)

So im guessing thats why ender wont work for me because i have a 64 bit pc? Because i have everything needed for the client its just wont work.

no, your problem must be something different. my friend has no problem running the game on 64bit, just the updater.

edit:
actually, as phades says, your problem sounds like just that you didnt read the op, forget about the updater, and check the troubleshooting part of the very first post?

Well i went ahead and downloaded the 32bit and now i can open up ender client and log in but i have a black screen. Now i dont know if its just taking a while to load or what.

Sounds like it's just taking a bit to load. Give it some time and it should come up for you.

well i have played on ender client for a few hours but the client crashes. Do i need to update java?

Would be good If we got a indicator to show how much buckets/ flasks are full, basically to see without hovering our mouse over. Maybe like a % mark on the flask, Just an idea :D
